Originally established in 2003, Denton County Fresh Water Supply District 11-B covers 373 acres of Paloma Creek and Northlake Estates. The District is located south of Highway 380, bordered by an inlet of Lake Lewisville to the south, Megan Creek Drive to the east, and Spoonbill Drive to the north. DCFWSD 11-B is home to the Cactus Bend Open Space.
